When will my order be dispatched?
Our products are custom made. Hence, our delivery time varies as per the availability of raw material but usually within 6-8 weeks.
What are our Shipping Costs?
Our Shipping Costs are minimum possible and we use the cheapest, most reliable and quickest mode possible.
What are our payment terms?
Your order is under process as soon as we receive the payment/deposit against your order. The deposit is 30% of the Invoice which can be paid by Bank Transfer, PayPal or Credit Card. ( All credit card payments will incur a 1.5% surcharge, and PayPal will incur a 2.5% surcharge[ both subject to change ] ).
What if an item is out of stock?
If a product you desire is out of stock, please contact us at sales@arissalifestyle.com.au and we can advise you when it will be available for you.
What is our cancellation policy?
Given the nature of each of our products being custom made especially for you, we hope you will understand that we cannot entertain cancellations.
What is our returns and exchange policy in case of faulty items?
When you buy something from us, we hope you love it. However, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of order to return any faulty item proving it to be a manufacturing defect and not due to general wear and tear.
In such circumstances the product will be exchanged.
Can I change my delivery address?
Kindly contact us for any change in your delivery address before the dispatch confirmation email and we should be able to help you.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation Email?
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, please check
- Your junk/spam folder.
- Your Email address entered at the registration page.
